1.1 Role of GlamNXT:
GlamNXT is a booking platform connecting customers with independent beauty professionals. We act solely as an intermediary and are not responsible for the quality, delivery, or fulfillment of the services booked.
1.2 No Liability:
All services are provided by independent Providers. We are not liable for any issues, damages, or dissatisfaction arising from the services rendered.
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the Platform.
2.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and when making a booking.
3.1 Creating a Booking:
Bookings are made directly with Providers via the Platform. The contract for services is between you and the Provider, not GlamNXT.
3.2 Confirmation:
Bookings are confirmed only after acceptance by the Provider. GlamNXT will notify you via email or SMS of the booking status.
3.3 Changes and Cancellations:

Refunds, if applicable, are processed based on the Provider's cancellation and refund policy. GlamNXT is not responsible for issuing refunds.

You agree to be responsible for any damages or costs arising from your actions or negligence during or related to the service.
5.1 Payment Processing:
Payments for bookings are processed via our third-party payment provider. GlamNXT does not store payment details.
5.2 Fees:
The total booking amount, including service fees and applicable taxes, will be displayed before confirming the booking.
5.3 Disputes:
All payment disputes must be resolved directly with the Provider. GlamNXT is not liable for disputes related to pricing or services rendered.
6.1 Customers may leave reviews and ratings for Providers after receiving services.
6.2 Reviews must be honest and accurate. GlamNXT reserves the right to remove defamatory, false, or inappropriate content.
7.1 All content, trademarks, and branding on the Platform are owned by GlamNXT or licensed to us.
7.2 You are prohibited from copying, distributing, or reproducing any content without prior written consent.

8.2 Our liability is limited to the fees paid to GlamNXT for the use of the Platform, where applicable.
9.1 Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9.2 By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9a.1 GlamNXT may create a pre-filled professional profile for your business using publicly available information (see Privacy Policy sections 11–13). Creation of this pre-filled profile does not constitute a contract between you and GlamNXT, and no account is registered in your name until you actively claim the profile.
9a.2 The invitation email contains a unique link that lets you either (a) claim the profile by completing sign-up, or (b) permanently delete the pre-filled profile with one click. Either action is final and binding once confirmed.
9a.3 If you do not claim or delete the pre-filled profile within 15 days of the invitation, we automatically and permanently delete it. No further action is required on your part.
9a.4 Until you claim a pre-filled profile, you have no account, no password, no payment obligation, and no provider-side terms of service apply to you. This section governs only the pre-claim lifecycle; once claimed, the standard provider terms at /provider-terms take effect.
10.1 GlamNXT reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
10.2 You may deactivate your account at any time by contacting us. support@glamnxt.com.
11.1 We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations.
11.2 Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
12.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Netherlands.
